We built this home ourselves and it has been an incredible place to raise our children. With the location on Lake Lewisville (we owned a couple of boats), an incredible backyard, and overall FUN place to be, it was the HUB for our children and their friends right into college. However, with both of our kids now in college full-time, we don't use half the space. We have bought some land in the country and plan to build a custom home there early next year.

Honestly, that's a hard question since there are so many things we love about this home. This is the 6th home we have built (due to relocations for business), and this one was built to capture the 'best' of all of them. The wine cellar design came from our home in New Jersey; the hidden door in the library was an idea we saw in a friend's home; the pool design and jacuzzi was take from another home we built in Bridlewood; the game room and upstairs wet bar came from our home in Scottsdale, AZ. And the list goes on.
BUT, if push came to shove and we had to pick only one thing, it would have to be the Pool, Deck, and Backyard. You have to sit in the backyard see the view to understand. Completely private and beautiful. It will become your favorite. We guarantee it! -
